My online training program* will include:
1. Customized Work Out Schedule. Target the right muscle groups, with the right number of reps and sets to get the results you want.
2. Customized Diet Plan. Food is 70% of the fitness formula. Know the right sources of nutrition and supplements that you should consume to achieve your goals, whether it's bulking up, toning, or just losing weight.
3. Regular Consultation. Let's keep an open communication line to track your progress and record milestones in your training.*
